use only payment methods that you are authorized to use.
You may not:

Users are solely responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information submitted.
4. Identity Verification
To protect our customers and prevent fraud, SEVISEase reserves the right to request identity verification before or after payment.
Verification may include:
government-issued photo identification;
passport;
driver's license;
national identification card;
proof of payment authorization;
additional documentation reasonably necessary to verify a transaction.
Failure to provide requested verification may result in:
delayed processing;
cancellation of the request;
refusal of service.
SEVISEase reserves the sole discretion to determine whether verification has been satisfactorily completed.
5. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that:
you are the authorized cardholder; or
you have the express authorization of the cardholder.
Unauthorized use of another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.
SEVISEase may refuse to process any transaction that appears suspicious or unauthorized.
6. Payment Terms
Service fees are disclosed before payment.
Processing does not begin until all required documentation has been received.
Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Government processing times remain outside SEVISEase's control.
7. Fraud Prevention & Security Reviews
To protect our customers and payment ecosystem, SEVISEase reserves the right to:
suspend any transaction;
delay payment processing;
request additional documentation;
conduct manual reviews;
refuse service;

cooperate with banks, payment processors, law enforcement, government agencies, and regulatory authorities.
SEVISEase may decline any transaction where payment legitimacy cannot be reasonably verified.
Fraud prevention decisions are made at SEVISEase's reasonable discretion.
8. Government Payments
SEVISEase facilitates payments to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Once a SEVIS payment has been successfully submitted to DHS:
the payment generally cannot be reversed;
SEVISEase cannot retrieve the funds;
SEVISEase cannot modify the submitted payment.
Users acknowledge that government processing is outside SEVISEase's control.
9. Refunds & Cancellations
Because SEVIS I-901 payments are submitted to the U.S. government, refunds are extremely limited.
Refunds may only be considered where:
duplicate payment occurred because of a SEVISEase system error;
payment could not be processed due solely to a SEVISEase processing error.
Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours together with any supporting documentation reasonably requested by SEVISEase.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the payment is transmitted to DHS.
If a payment has already been successfully submitted to DHS, neither SEVISEase nor DHS may be able to cancel or refund the payment.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.
10. Customer Cooperation
Customers agree to cooperate with reasonable verification requests.
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in:
delayed processing;
cancellation;
refusal of service;
denial of refund requests.
11. Chargebacks
Users agree not to initiate a chargeback for services that have already been successfully performed.
If a chargeback is initiated after SEVISEase has completed the requested service, SEVISEase reserves the right to:
dispute the chargeback;
provide transaction records and supporting evidence to the payment processor;
suspend future services;
refuse future transactions where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits any rights a cardholder may have under applicable law or payment network rules.
12. Communications
Customers are responsible for monitoring their email, including spam or junk folders.
Urgent requests should also be communicated through our designated support channels.
SEVISEase is not responsible for communication delays caused by:
spam filters;

internet failures;
force majeure events;
indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
To the extent permitted by law, SEVISEase's total liability arising out of any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid directly to SEVISEase for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Right to Refuse Service
SEVISEase reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service where it reasonably believes:
fraud may have occurred;
payment authorization cannot be verified;
false or misleading information has been provided;
continuing the transaction would expose SEVISEase to financial, legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
17. Record Retention
SEVISEase may retain transaction records, communications, uploaded documents, IP addresses, device information, and payment records for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of these Terms, in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
